We understand that your time is valuable. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options to make the inspection process as convenient as possible. We begin early at 9:30a and can do up to 4-6 properties a day. We also offer same week and weekends but for weekends it must be early.

I can make it easy for you and schedule with your residents if you'd like. 

The process is fairly easy. We schedule the inspection, the inspection gets completed assuming resident access and no visual failures, invoice you (we take Zelle and Venmo as well), send out the lab results, receiving results and assuming you pass both visually and the lead dust samples, we put your application together and upload it to the City of Cleveland's Portal for them to issue your certificate which is good for 2 years.
